I have to say that looks bad *** and sry to say I'm not fan of stacks I want a single pipe out the passenger with a curved tip pointing down and of course straight piped. Loud and Proud

Just cut the holes and DO IT !! Your a welder. If you don't like it, you can always weld the holes back up. Just keep the holes, you'll be fine.
