Anyone have any experience with one of these on the 04-07 trucks? Do they adjust timing or mess with fuel rail pressures? Does the tire recalibration feature adjust tranny shift points as well as correct the speedo?

I just bought one for mine on Ebay. I am pleased with it, but I had to hook it up to my laptop and do an update before I could tune the truck. I found that it was a little diffucult to navigate through the screens. It does way more than I need it to. I just wanted to tune the truck. I perfer the Hypertech tuner but they do not make one for my '07 5.9.
