Default Differentials

I was looking at the service schedule in my owners manual for the differentials and was wondering at what point do you guys service the front and rear differentials. 15K 30K etc.?

I'd say do it every 15k just to be safe. You could probably go to 30k no problem but here's how I see it. Gear oil is like what maybe 15-20 dollars to fill both diffs. And it takes maybe an hour of time to get it all apart and do an inspection and filler back up. So for 15-20 dollars I'd say It's worth it to make sure ur 40k dollar baby stays safe.

very true very true. If you have a mag pan then your lookin at alot less time which makes it even more sense to do it at 15k. Those mag pans are soem trick pieces man.

I wish it only cost 20.00 to change the gear oil in both diffs as my synthetic gear oil cost me $8.80 a quart.
