Just wondering y'alls thoughts on this. I think it looks cool as hell, but how well do you think the aluminum would hold up? Or doesn't it really matter for valve covers?

 

it's not realy a valve cover. . .it is just a vanity cover. Ive pulled mine off many times to get to the blow by box and clean up after I filled up with oil and let the bottle gurgle a bit too hard[:@]

I realy think they are VERY slick. . .and if I didnt have a young-un on the way I'd be dressing mine up too.

 

As cool as I think it is, Idon't see myself blowing 375.00 on it.

I'll try toget a postup this weekend with some pics in it. My brother has the camera so taken some pics wasn't possible. The truck is really great though! And that leg room....wow.Greatlooking truck! Much better than the Ford he had. At least the motor is[sm=gears.gif]

 

I thought the 375 might be alittle steep,although I could see my self getting one at some point. Just something about it really makes me want one.

 

How does that cup holder work? Will it work with the bench seats in the front, or just the buckets?

 

I think those things are friggin HOT looking!

If I had an extra $375 laying around, among other things, that would be on the list of pretty dress up items.

 

I'm not sure. I was hoping that it would cover the current spot on the "hump" but it actually goes in the center console while the top is up. I'm not so sure I would like that. Driving around all the time with that thing up. Maybe I'll call and try to find out.

 

I have to agree Mayfair, they are really cool but for 375.00 I could have part of my new wheels I want paid for.
I really do kinda like the stock cover anyways, for being stock it does look pretty good IMO.

 

I bought the cupholder thingy. I love it,1 screw 2 extra pockets for phone, change, remote.
