Default Stratapore fuel filter

Hey on Geno's site there are 2 filters by fleetguard for the 07 5.9L.. one is standard and one is a premium. Are they both stratapore filters? I assume they are both ok to use since they are made by fleetguard..
I did notice that one was 10 micron and the premiumwas 7 microni think... maybe that is the only diff.. Was gonna order a few but wanted to ask you all first.

I've read on another site that Baldwin makes a 5 micron drop in fuel filter for our trucks!
