45 years old and have owned and driven nothing but Chevy Trucks since I was 16 and now I own a brand new 2007 Dodge 2500HD CTD 5.9 4x4 Quad Cab. Have I gone nuts? I have wanted a CTD for several years now but finally decided with the end of production of the 5.9 to get it now! Only have a little over 1000 miles on it so far and haven't pulled my 31' 5'th wheel yet, but, I have to say that this is the most powerful great driving truck I have EVER owned. I'm in love (so far). I'll be around...............

Praise the CTD gods he has seen the light and the power is with him , I had mine since December, have 38000 on it and I'm still amazed at the power and weight carrying capacity.

congrats on the upgrade. The only thing those Chevies have that a Dodge doesn't are really nice interiors & gauge clusters. That's not gonna pull that 31.5 ! That and maybe the Allison but, it's really not all that.

 

Don't worry, I feel your pain, I've been a Dodge guy all my life. Then back in January we bought my Father-in-law's old 1972 GMC 1/2-ton as a toy truck. Never figured I'd own anything with a Chevy 350 in it, but I do now. Congrats on the new Dodge!
