DTC P0123 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit High Input
Can anyone explain what might be the cause DTC P0123 (Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit High Input. Is it the TPS or whatever supplies the voltage to the TPS, or something else? The check engine light stays on, and I believe I felt a couple of slight misfires, 1-2 miles from the house. [&:]

I cleaned the TPS plug in contacts, and worked the throttle fully numerous times with the engine off. I was then able to reset the truck computer, the check engine light went out, and my OBD2 reader went from red l.e.d. to yellow
