What is the horsepower on the 3rd Gens? Do the 03's have different power/torque from the later 3rd gens, I can't find this info anywhere.

 

i wanna say mine has 325hp 600 lbs. torque but dont relie completely on that. i got an 05

'03's had a Standard output... 250HP ??? not sure on the torque
'03 HO had 305 hp & 555 tq
'04's had the 305 motor then the 325 hp/600 tq motor
then somewhere in there they had the 325/610 motor...

Not confused, that sounds about right. Mine is the HO, and my brother in law has an '05 and he says he has @ 325/610. I would like to somehow confirm what exactly I have.

 

I don't know about the older models but my 06 has a sticker on the side of the engine with the hp rating.

 

just as hilo stated. . .all models have the CPL. serial, and HP rateings sticker/tag on either the vanity cover, front cover, or around the injector pump.

 

humm.. when I was looking I never saw the SO sticker anywhere... I found out what the vin codes ment and started looking for the HO option code within before driving anywhere...

 

Mines an 06 and says 325 hp.
