Default Truck Vibrates and shakes a little?

I just noticed that when starting from a complete stop my truck kind of vibrates and shakes a little. Is this normal for a 06' automatic? The u-joints seem to be ok. The only reason I noticed was because I have been driving around lately without the stereo cranked. It may have always been doing this. Does anybody elses truck do this?

Do you have aftermarket tires with an agressive tread?

My Dodge will kinda vibrate very lightly at low speed...like starting off the line from a stop light...

For me, its nothing more then the agressive tread gripping the pavement. Its done it on all my rigs...especially with the MT's.

Looks like we have the same truck and tires except I have the long box. I bet its just the aggresive tires like you say, never thought of that. Thanks... I'll just turn the stereo back up to fix the problem.

Have you had any custom exhaust work done?I know when i straight piped mine, one of the new hangers wasn't quite right and i got a little vibration at just the right speed and revs.I also replaced a driveshaft u joint with under 20K on it. They don't always get slop when they are bad...they can also bind up, so they feel tight when you check it.

Mine was vibrating on starts because i needed to change my fuel filter. Isnt that supposed to be changed every ~5,000?
