Default Hey Mr. RamIt... and others, check these out......

I know it doesn't matter to you now that you've decided to not run stacks but, remember you wanted to find to nice stack clamps, I don't think they get any better than this.....
My stacks got back yesterday and these are on the way.... should have them on by Monday and I'll post some pics.

Not your average clamps and likely not for the average consumer but man are they sweet, custom made solid billet aluminum...

What did they run you? They do look sweet. You should have them polished.

Well I'd rather not say publicly. If someone is interested in them, I'd rather them PM me. The guy that makes them may prefer it that way. He told me what he has into them along with his time and believe me, they're worth it. He's barely making anything on them.

That is a good idea about polishing them. Polished aluminum doesn't stay that way long though and it hard to keep that way. I'll have to see how they look as is and then think about that.

Polished alum will stay looking great if you spray them with clear paint after they're polished. I got ya on the pricing thing. So you know someone with a machine show eh? Lots of possibilities there.......

Send em back !!

If their "custom" clamps, I'm sure they cost some custom cash. Therefore,YOU should be able to have some say in the design.

Have him grind off the STAXX CLAMP, and instead engrave on there TRITONS CLAMP or whatever you think would be cool.

If it's "custom" make it a REAL custom !!

I agree on having them chromed or something like that. Weren't you sending some stuff out to have them hot coated or something? Why not have these done as well?

They're custom made but, not by my design. The guys is a fabricator/welder by trade and has his own shop but, he also works a regular job. Why... I don't know. It seems to me he can do very well on his own.

He's working on a patent for the clamps and several other things. One is a custom headache rack for the late model dodges. it's very nice !

There's no need to have the clamps coated... they're aluminum. Plus, where they connect to the stacks is where they're chromed so, black wouldn't work ;-)

Yes, I did send out of stacks plumbing. Just got them back the other day but, now I have to wait for the clamps to arrive [&:] :-)

Those are the coolest clamps I've ever seen. I can see those making it to mass production someday. It looks like some high quality stuff
