Default Transmission Fluid Question

Gonna change out my transmission pan andput in the new Mag-Tech pan, plus im at 33,000miles soI can kill 2 birds with one stone. The service manual says to use ATF+4 tranny fluid. When I was at Kragen the only ATF+4 fluid they had was synthetic. So is all ATF+4 transmission fluidsynthetic?
