I'm 2 strokin now ...
that stop and go is what will tear you up. . .get out and open her up and you'll see you mileage go up.
besides I'm gunna first start off with 8ozPS and 4oz 2st. and go up from there. since Ive got smoe mileage now and things have been worn in well, I guess a true test can start.

LOL ... If all I had to do was "get on it" to increase my mileage, I'd be getting 30mpg right now, not 13.6
90% of my driving is still that light to light stuff the other 10% is highway. Anyway you slice it, I'm screwed ....
I WAS up to mid 14's though in the winter using your Brew. I haven't totally bailed on that idea. I just really like the sound of the benefits of using the 2 stroke.
How come you're still going to use the PS with the 2 stroke, and why the low mixture? On MM73's site he claims that one counteracts the other, meaning that the PS breaks down the 2 stroke because it has thinners and such in it. "I" of course, am lost in the whole thing.

PS wont break down the 2 stroke, besides, diesel will thin out 2 stoke as well. . .what you are after are the increase lube properties. . .I still have some MMO around and am going to try different mixes
Gotta add my 2 cents worth here.
I've been using drew's brew for the last 4,000 miles, had noticable change when I started using it (increased mpg 2mpg, less noise, more power)
I've also had the pleasure of paying for a lift pump and a pressure pump for a ford - and don't EVER want to do it again.
I'm pretty much thinking anything that can assist with lubrication is worth a try.

I can see the 2 cycle oil helping with lube but not your mileage as I understand it has a higher flash point then diesel fuel. But then you do have an engine without a lot of computer control stuff like I have so you might see a small increase in mpg.
For my truck the best way to get better mpg is to use 5 oz of Lucas fuel treatment per tank. I also use 4oz of Lucas in every tank of gas in my wife’s car and we gained 3 mpg so I think its worth the cost of 23 cents per oz.
