I have a BD VB & TC and they work great. No more hunting for gears and the power is down low now and shift a whole lot better. The only problem is now w/ the TC it locks at different rpm's and the computer on the truck thinks there is something wrong compared to the stocker and throws a P1740 code. I guess it is common on 05's when upgrading the tranny ( been told by BD, tranny shop and others w/ the code).

My 2005 was "lemon lawed" for a bad valve body, it was replaced 3 times and the whole tranny twice. When you say low speed shutter do you mean shiftinng back and forth from 1st to 2nd and then loosing 1st all togther.
