Is there a short shifter kit around for these trucks? I love my manual but sometimes reaching out there for the gears takes too long especially when your wanting to get somewhere faster or are trying show up those kids in the ricers. If there is, how difficult is it to install one?

 

Cheap way, take a hacksaw to the shifter and buy an aftermarket **** that clamps on. There you a short shifter. I've done that to cars before
