Try alength of 4x4 and 5lb sledge hammer hit tire/wheel from inside(backside) rotating wheel after each "whack!". The rims fit fairly tight on hub and with road dust/sand they get "glued" on.

I know I've heard a trick for this, but for the life of me I can't remember it right now. Something like easing the truck down JUST until the tire touches the ground and rotating it .... something like that.

I can't remember ...

Used a dead blow hammer to get mine unglued, just whack the inside of the rim and rotate the tire around so you can smack it without dinging your brake calipers

thats how I got mine off so they could be used on the dyno. guess they would be stuck since till that point I have never removed them since I pulled the truck off the lot

I second FroneDaddy, but, I would just crack them loose a few turns, don't remove them completely. Crack them loose, slowly go over a few curbs, jack her up, should do the trick. Works for me every time. Good luck.
