I have a problem with my Dodge Ram, Whenever I start up cold(not that cold in Florida) The truck acts like it doesn't get fuel. I can put the pedal to the floor and no power, if I turn off the ignition while driving, and turn back on, it straightens out and have power. It's only until it warms up. Help. I have taken it everywhere, NO ONE HAS A CLUE. I have put in fuel filters, due to the dealership saying it runs rich till it warms up. Please help.

yea your lift pump is bad, because of the placement of it in the 98-02 24 valves the pump has to suck the fuel from the tank instead of pushing it to the injection pump. You need to have the new pump installed further back towards the fuel tank or you will have the same problem eventually.
