Default How many litres of 75/90 for the diffs?

i have a 2004 2500 CTD 4X4. I wanna change diff oil this weekend. How many litres of 75/90 synthetic do i need to purchase? Do i need any modifiers with it or additives?( my glove box tag says anti-spin diff.)
Whats the torque on the cover and does every1 just use high temp silicone? When I have the cover off the front and back diff is there anything special I should pay attention to other than chips or pieces of gear?
