just remember fuel oil and red diesel are two different things sometimes fuel oil where i live is red kero and then we have red diesel the other thing about red diesel is it does not always have the same additives in it as pump diesel but I know guys that run the crud out of it in the old 12v and the new 5.9 no problems

Kerosine is #1 Fuel oil used in the winter because of the lower gelling point. (Also known as #1 Diesel) #2 is used in the summer and has more btu of energy in it.

Here In Nprthern Ca they have checkpoints usually about twice a year. If the gov. fine isnt bad enuff, wait Till the IRS wants their backtaxes plus penalties. Had a friend that got popped for it, about 16k by the time it was done. Not worth the risk IMO

decisions decisions...well my truck is loud as hell now with the stacks, and i do haul *** all the time in it so maybe im lookin to get pulled over and checked. maybe i shouldnt...we will see.
