Default rear end bounce

I have a new 06 3500 Crew Cab 4X4 Dually. When taking off from a dead stop, it has a little bounce in the rear end. It's kind of like the tires are gripping or something. I asked my dealer and he said that is normal with a dually. This is my first dually so I don't know. It just doesn't seem like a 40K truck should have a bounce on take off. Maybe I'm expecting too much from my new dodge!! Does anybody else have this problem or is it norma??

My 07 does the same thing. The dealer and dodge told me that it was the angle of the drive shaft. When I put the trailer on the truck it goes away, just like they said it would. Put 500#s in the bed it should go away. One tons are supposed to be loaded so the angle of the drive shaft is set up that way.
