yeah that was an R/T dakota, not sure if it's getting fixed or built up but it was nice.

 

Ok, thanks for humoring me... that makes more sense now... I was thinking it was odd to have a rubber band (like a fan belt) in a transmission, so this makes a lot more sense now...

And yes, I know painfully little about the actual physical workings of vehicles... I can PMCS a HMMWV and that's about it....

hahaha, I never noticed that before. I liked the R/T that was there, no substitution for a diesel but a 360 in the dak is a good combination. would be better if it were a std cab truck.

 

Man I'll NEVER understand the inner workings of a tranny. Whoever invented it musta done some SERIOUS drugs !!!

$3800 bux was the final damage... tranny runs way better than before... I am a happy camper!
