i was assuming the horses thing was a joke about the 7.3. since those engines really dint slam out hp numbers. now the mr. over thing that's just mean.

From what I read, the 7.3 is an awesome motor. I have a neighbor with a 89 7.3 with over 550k and still going. Jake is right, any diesel is allowed except the 6.0, the 6.4 and anything in a chebby.
