I am looking for a few things I can do to my truck to get more power, without killing my fuel millage.

it'll take a little research, however you can increase the fueling by adjusting the star wheel. there is an 8mm allen head nut on the pump, remove that and you can see what I'm talking about. turnthe toptwards the engine and that will increase fueling. however fuel mileage will go down a bit. dont go wild with it, just a few clicks will do. second would be the fueling advalve plate. you can get different grinds to increase performance.
