Default Mounting a Flashlight charger in cab?

I want to mount 2 Stinger flashlight chargers in the cab of my 2005 2500. Where should I tap in for the hot wire? I only want them to charge when the switch is on. One will be mounted between the door and the drivers seat on the floor board and the other will be just above my right knee. Thanks!

there are several spots on the fuse block that you can use. Empty sockets for future add ons. All you would need would be to get a couple of terminals to plug into the fuse block. I love my stinger, I got a charger that will charge an extra bat along with the flashlight

Are you talking about the fuse black under the hood? Thanks for the help!

The right hand power outlet on your dash goes on and off with the key you can tap into the wire going to it, that what I did for my radar detector.

The power outlet goes on and off? Mine stays on when the truck is off. My 01 did the same thing. Are you sure your not thinking of the cigarette lighter adapter.
