just finished the updates and am goign to go install and test drive. Will elt you all know how it went.

went to program and it told me have to reupdate. hope this time works. will be back.

 

Getting a error g-6f telling me to call superchips. searching there forum for help. so far I look screwed until possible tomorrow but I am at work all day, might have to be a couple weeks as tehre hours and my hours dont mix.

 

Let me see if I can call and find out what's up. Maybe they have to reflash it or something on their website to download?

 

I just got on thier website on the forum. There is a thread about the code. Click on the Cummins Forum. Sounds simple to correct.

 

I got that code taken care of now I am having a problem when I go to read my truck all it does is sit there saying "Initializing" and does nothing else.

 

It takes a few minutes. It's reading your stock settings. How long you waiting? Try again, I know it's getting late.

 

I gave it like 4 minutes. should I wait longer?

 

I can't remember, but I know it took a few minutes. It might take alittle longer because my stock setting were in there and taking it out and putting yours in.
