If you keep having problems maybe you can get them to put a 5.9l in your truck.

More than I ever wanted to know, that's why I got the 5.9 and wondered why my cousingot one with all that junk on it.

Now to make the 5.9 last the rest of my life, so it'sgood maintenance or live fast

If the DPF were to drop off the truck the sensors would tell the computer to put the engine in to limp mode and tell you to see the dealer to see whats wrong. Now if they find a way to fool all of the sensors and have them lie to the computer to say hey we are OK and working just fine then maybe it could fall off the truck and jot hurt a thing until you get caught with it off the truck when the feds or states start to enforce the rules about smog parts missing from the truck with the state of CA being the first to check for missing parts
