i got my 4" aero xl for 200.00 new off ebay. like mayfair said i did notice a better flow and if anything... the higher flow is what i hear compared to the stock exhaust so its not much louder. i was actually on the road yesterday at a light waiting to turn left and a guy behind me in a powerstroke beeps his horn and is hanging out the window screaming somthing... i was like WTF! i couldent hear his because of cars passing and my truck running so we made the left and we ended up getting stoped shortly after. he pulled up to me and says how do you like that aero? he just installed one and was curious if i got any better mileage and i said no. he said he loves the sound and it really brought down his egts and he was 100% happy with the sound. i thought it was funny to have diesel talk on the open road (if your wondering how he knew i had an aero i have the sticker that came with the muffler on my back window)

 

Hey guys, I had an Aero on my Hemi and loved the sound... I am still running a stock exhaust and was thinking about getting an aero. Did any of you that just replaced the stock muffler for the aero notice any low end power loss? I have some say they lost low end with a mufflers swap but I don't recall the brands they were using.

So Mayfair. I know you love the aero's, whats you take on this?
