I change my oil myself when I am at home but I live on the road 90% of the time and have nothing to do with the used oil.

i dont do my truck but we got about 10 machines at work that i gotta change before every year with a few of them being tandom dump trucks. the oil filters hold more than a gallon of oil and these trucks are sucking down 5-6 gallons of oil. that zip lock bag trick if going to keep me pretty clean being that fact that every time i break a seal taking the filter off my chest dont miss a drop! i would much rather sit inside my truck at the oil shop works underneith me!

Just punch a hole in the bottom and let it drain while your filling the engine with oil!

I use a hammer to stab a flathead screwdriver into the filter then use the handle of the screwdriver as a lever to push it until the filter becomes loose. If you wanna be cheap, save up some Wal-Mart bags to catch the filter.

I use a band wrench, and if I am careful I don't spill but maybe a drop or two.
