ouch! what a line... this killed the trek to the top for the rest of the group (not willing to go outside the cables... younger kids)

I have never seen the line this long here, ever (7th trip)... it was over a 2 hour wait to get onto the cables

yes it is. Someone mentioned that one of the nearby school districts school year ended last week, speculating that was the reason for the increased numbers going up half dome. The lines didnt bother me at all since I go on the outside of the cables. took me 20 minutes to get to the top including the stop for pics.
