Rotella T and anywhere from 4500-6000 miles. Just when I get the time.

Did my first oil change at 4500 miles (give or take a few), and put in Delo 400.

I probably broke things in little bit before the first change, since 3200 of those miles were towing 7k lbs with lots of hills (or rather mountains!). However will probably wait until the 15k mark to put in the amsoil. May add theBPF at the next change.

Valvoline Premium Blue. Cummins tested it and put a big fat C on the jug. Let the stealership argue with me on that one if it ever comes up. I think its a good oil and they sell it at any Napa store. Also it helps Napa gives Fedex employees a discount!

Fram filters have been known to break apart when used on the Cummins engine.

I just gave my '07 5.9L Ram 2500 it's first oil change last month and used Shell Rotella. When I used to drive an International Dumptruck for my local highway department that's all I used in it. I think it is the industry standard for heavy duty motor oil.
