not a bad day
well. . .we didnt catch any bill fish, did have a knock down, however nothing came of it. we figured if there was any time to catch bill fish this would be it. Destin was having a bill fish competition, top prize was more than $8,000.
anyway, we quickly cought our quota of red snapper, tried to get some grouper but they werent having anything to do with us[:@]and dangit if Florida decided to limit the fishing to 4 snapper per person and 3 grouper[:'(]I could have fished for hours and ended up with 30+. the fishing was that good.
anyway, on with the only pics I have.
1, our whole catch the 12 snapper and one white snapper(which isnt even in the snapper family of fish)
2, the one white snapper being eaten by the largest red
3, I'm the ugly one on the right.
I'm definately going to be doing this again, except go for some King Mackeral in the morning.

nope. . .I drove all the way to destin and did some deep sea fishing
next time I go I'm staying a week at this place, the army rec center that is. pretty nice place when you consider the hotel rooms there for peak season are only $59/night and off peak are $49
burned 41 gallons of fuel for the ~800 mile round trip from my home to destin and back. . .not bad
