It is a rear slider. Drivers side, but the whole thing has to be replaced. I figure 300 to 500.

i just payed 342 for a rear slider installed on my 06

 

I dont understand the topic, lol. I understand your problem, but Had a Tire Blow Out But a Rear Window!!!!!!!!!! is confusing me a bit. I may just be that I am tired, lol.

 

It confused me too at first, he meant the rear window blew out like a tire.

 

Haven't had a problem like this in quite a while but back in the day I have the 4th '84 plymouth mini van in town and had the rear side window blow out twice. Both times I had it partly open. Long story short both were replaced under warranty and about 6 months later Chrysler had a recall on the problem, they replace the mounts and never had another problem in 365,000 miles.

 

A mini-van with 365000 miles? Must have been quite the chick-mobile.

 

Update: for everyones info Dodge stood up to the plate and replaced the window free of charge.

 

 

Glad to hear it. That would have been a pain to prove.
