Who installed your edge?

 

I did. Like I said, I am seeing 39psi with it on the stock setting. This may be normal for a 2006 or maybe someone installed a boost fooler? I have pushed it pretty good and nothing bad has happened, turbo sounds differnet than my other 2006 did but there is no cat and a tiny muffler on this one where I had a stock exhaust system before.

 

I'm thinking its got a fooler somewhere still hiding the signal

 

Ok, under acceleration... 3rd gear(auto) 2200 rpm's Im getting 34.

 

According to boost fooler instructions theypiggybackinto the map sensor plug. Since the edge uses this plug also I am sure I would have noticed this! I will check again tomorrow. Moconst, have you checked yoru boost at the upper 2000 rpm range? This is where I see the high boost numbers.

 

Ok, just went outside in my underwear with a flash light and climbed up into the engine compartment and there is no boost fooler on the map sensor plug.

I am just concerned. The truck doesnt seem to be as fast as it should be judging from my last one, I realize this one has more weight with the 4x4 but that shouldnt matter that much. I am hoping when I put my aero on next week it will make a huge difference. My other thought was that if this turbo is over boosting wouldnt that hurt power as well?
