6.7 has all sorts of new emissions equipment on it, seems to me they increased displacement to make up for lost power caused from all of this additonal crap. Some like it, some dont, some have had problems, some have not. I personally would get the 5.9. The 6sp manual tranny is fine. The axle quesitons you asked, 11.5 and 9.5 are the size of the axle rings, antispin diff, wouldnt be without it..worth the $325? Hell yea.
