It only took the dealer 3hrs,[8D]. It was a door inside the dash that had broken, they're made of plastic. Anyway, they tore it apart and replaced it,,, now it works like new again.

 

How did people ever live without an AC

 

Sounds like this is a common problem huh?

 

that diverter door happened to me in February.. gets hot here in Arizona sometimes. it took them 2 days to fix it. they pulled the dash the first day then fix it and replaced everything the next day. if it only took them a few hours to fix yours dodge must be getting better at it.
