banks????
I have the Banks Hoss Bundle. I took the Banks Six Gun w/ PDA off after two weeks. The PDA signalwould not stay connected w/ the Six Gun Tuner. Took it back to the Banks Dealer/Installer where I bought it and we tried everything to get it connected. So Banks said I may have a bad PDA. They wanted me to send it in, but no time frame when to replace it or bench test it. So I got a refund and went w/ something else. All my other Bank parts work great.
Now w/ my experience w/ Banks. Banks Six Gun w/ PDA is a great design, but mine had bugs in it. Most work w/o problems. If your set on Banks Six Gun. Go for it. I would recommend the PDA even though I had problems (not tocontradict myself). It's better than the Speedloader ****. You have all the guages you need and more. I think it's the best looking and options wise than any other digital guage out there. I thought they don't sell the Six Gun w/o the PDA now?
Banks is more $$$ than a programmer out there, but a tuner w/ display guage it's priced similair same design tuners out there. My Edge Juice w/ Attitude cost me $1,150 w/ the A pillar also. There also thier new tuner the Banks Bullet w/ a guage and same safety features as the Six Gun. Gives up to 60hp. Three settings stock, tow, performance. Seems reasonable for $299. I am now stock when it comes to programmers/tuners and turn my attention & money to my suspension on my truck. Hope this helps.

for the 3rd gens the boxes are pretty easy to install. the hardest part is getting to the cam sensor, the worst is keeping your foot out of it once you get everything hooked up.
plus the nice thing on the TST is with the R49 programming, your box can grow with your truck. for example, with mine updated, now if I put a big turbo on or twinsfor some reason, there is a program that is already installed that will go to full fueling at lower boost levels to help spool the turbo up faster. I dont ever expect to go to twins but a better single is definately in the future.
