I am also looking at all the different chips & programers. With the TST it has 10 different settings but 1/2 are with or without timing advance. Why would you not want timing advance? I had a 50HP chip in my 2006 automatic and the transmission did not like it from a dead standstill. I would think I would be redoing a new (11,000 miles) transmissiom shortly after installing a 170HP chip.

you get timeing advance on 1/0. it's not untill 3 that you get duration advance. the smarty programmer is the one that has half with and half without timeing advance.
the diablo and power puck Ive heard is a good combo. I think both do pressure so you have to watch your rail pressures closely.
