Default What I hauled with my CTD last weekend

Used my CTD to carry my ZX10r and a few buddies bikes up to ThunderHill raceway last Saturday. Was an awesome day with only 10 crashes (one of which was a bike that caught fire!). I went through the whole day unscathed and there were no injuries out of the 10 mishaps. All in all a great day.

Unfortunately Im not going to MotoGP (but I wish I was) this time around. I am still busy reading up for more track days. I have sort out some issues with my ZX10r's brakes. The good news is I just had my bike Dyno'd with the new mods and its making around 175 ponies at the rear wheel. Kinda hard on them tires .

My next Event is 8/17 at Infineon (kicking off the AMA races there). I am still going for my AFM license. Its pretty tough. Specially when there are guys have my age and half my weight that can do a lap 10-15 seconds faster than me .

At least when I pull into the Paddock, I get lots of, "Hey, thats one hell of a nice truck!"

Nice bike!! I have a RC51 that I would really like to get out on the track one day. Have been doing some research on it. ReallyI want to find another RC51 that has a good motor and frame and just set it up to do track days and leave mine at the house for a day rider.. Mine has not a scratch on it and about 1500 miles and I would hate to lay it down with all that nice plastic on it. Did you go to a track school and get you license through them are you getting it on your own?? I watched the AMA race last year at Daytona during bike week and I would give my seat in hell to getthe RC out on that track!!!Have yet to get to a Moto Gp race. You gotta respect anyone with the nuts to go that fast and corner that hard in the rain!! The closest I have got is the tail of the dragon just outside Knoxville, Tn. If you ever get out that way it is worth it to ride. Its 318 curves in like 11 miles. You see bikes and sportscars from all over the country there. Anyway, have fun on that Zx and I would love some info on how to get started with the license and track days.

Here's a link to a Dragon website I was speaking about. http://www.tailofthedragon.com/index.html
