Default Stock Rims

I spent some time and effort this weekend getting the 'ol girl clean and shinny. But the rims just always look icky no matter what. Well I found the fix today. I got a Mother's Power Ball mini! This thing is GREAT! I used a standard metal polish on it that I've used before. In the past it just never got all the marks out. Now they shine.

frogger
Looks good. How are those tires wearing on the stock rims? I've been skepticle about going that large until I've heard a bit more about the wear patterns. Anyone else have experience with larger tires on the stock rims?

No probelms w/ wear at all. They sound great on the road, they stop perfectly, they grip like no-bodies business. I've very happy so far w/them. The test w/ be the this winter!

Yeah, that mini polishing ball chucked in a power drill is a great way to polish rims.

Try using Bon Ami cleanser with water and a sponge to remove water spots from your windshield. Rinse it off with the hose when you're done. I do it about twice a year on my vehicles, usually just prior to washing them. I think it works great.

Are those rims the CHROME aluminum rims, or the ALUMINUM aluminum rims?

Here's what I have. I think I have the ALUMINUM aluminum rims ...
