I looked into one of these and it is not that big of a deal to setup... you need to mount the release boxwhere the swaybar mounts to the frame on the passenger side, then the wiring. from what I could tell, the links are the same, the only difference is the bar & controller...
Talent and imagination can do just about anything. Take some detailed photos of your underside (with reference measurements) with a digi-camera and look at a 3rd gen 2500/3500 swaybar setup. You may be able to make them fit, but you might be better off modifying some quick-disconnect setups and going manual.
If you get photos of both you could also show them to a fabricator (off-road shops) and they could give you an idea. I couldn't make out your plate but I bet there are some local shops that could do either setup, if you have the pockets for it $$$.
