Hahahaha I have the same problem! Not sure though. Also another question is does your a/c pump run when you have it set on defroster? sounds like it kicks in. I've been told it has.

turn your **** from the front vents to the defrost vents. . .if you still have air blowing through your dash vents your blend door is broken. if things are still working like that should check the shutoff door for that particular vent and make sure it is fully open.

Mine does the exact same thing. It's reaaly bad when you stop at a red light for a minute or two, then its almost gets warm from the passenger side vents. I brought my truck to the dealership a few days ago for this problem. They evacuated the ac system and recharded it, can't say I notice any difference.I'm at a loss as to what to do next.

What i ment with the defroster is like say you dont' have the ac on. and you switch to defrost. I was told it'll run your ac clutch. Sounds like it if your ac is off when you switch it to defrost you hear something like the ac clutch kick in. could be wrong. But not too worried about it. i'm usually the driver and i can point one of the vents towards the passenger side. also my wife gets cold easy so it's kinda a plus.
