Unfortunately, I can't get my truck to burn coal without some more mods.

 

and if it's on a weekday? we went miles before seeing anyone last thur. My point is you never know who or why they are hitchhiking, some are obvious, and some are not but sometimes it doesnt take much to make you look really low.

I do agree that the ones who are not productive should be bettering themselves, however dumping diesel smoke on them is not nice...

I refuse to let that happen to me as far as being a drain on society. there is too much money out there and too many jobs to end up like that. Unless handicapped, I feel fair game, sorry for those that disagree

I've got no problem smokin' a ricer who follows me too close, or the guy that finds it neccesary to share his 12" subs and 200 watt amps with everyone at an intersection, but you won't catch me doing that to some hitchhiker. You don't need to give him a ride or cash, but bragging about smokin' him is a little out of line. Just my 2 cents, take it or leave it.
Now Drew's "commute" post is funny, that guy deserved it!

 

If you haven't spent time in Phoenix you have no idea how it is out there. these people are on every corner, every gas station, and every long red light. And it is also the same guy everyday. They don't want job and why would they people give them money because they are dirty and look like they need it. While I was out there a couple radiodj dressed as bums made over $200 each in one day just by sitting on a corner with signs.
