You have to becareful in the settings of the chips/downloaders when you stack them. You also have to watch your gauges like a hawk because things can get out of hand real quick.

I run the edge and like it, the attitude monitor is great. I bought the edge because of the tranny protection and the on the fly adjustments not to mention not hearing anything but good about it. I have read a lot of complaints on bullydog.

I'm leery about the edge. I know numerous people who have had nothing but problems with it. Its odd all my buddies with Fords, Chebys and Dodge have all gotten rid of it. I know one guy who still has it, and he is the type of guy who would never admit to any problems.

just curious seeing that we are on subject, i was looking into a quadzilla xzt Xzillaraider, the one that adds only 65 hp and 165 ft. lbs. of torque... anyone running model and is there much of a notice? i found one brand new on ebay for 230 shipped but i was thinking i might get sick of it fast so why not pay more money for something with more power, gauges, and being adjustable?!?!

Banks is all about marketing. That Dakota has the top speed record but that's it. If you want to see some every day joe trucks doing records, go to the next DHRA or NHRDA event. They're pushing the 7 second boundry in the 1/4 which is crazy fast for a diesel.

You have to remember, Banks has millions of dollars to play and built trucks the way they do. It's all for R&D to sell more of their product. Just like yourself... Banks is so over marketed, anyone who sees their ads or reads about their top speed rides think's they are all that. To tell you the truth, hardly any diesel freaks care for Banks stuff at all.

I know some people do like the six gun and I've also heard good things about it. There's also a lot of great products out there from other companies. Stay open minded ;-)

i fully agree with your statement. as i know many people just like yall that love diesel and performance. but most dont turn towards banks for their products condisdering ther are sooo many other options out there. also, new comers into the diesel world like i was and still am, read about banks and want all their stuff!

I suppose that would be like buying Bose speakers....Not that they are bad but.
