I think majority here are running either the edge or tst.

I'm not sure on the tstwith smarty. I know you can use the smartywith the edge, and the tstwith the edge. I'm debating on if I'm gonna get the tst or the smarty to stack on top of my edge. Leaning towards the smarty right now.

you can't use the TST on your truck if you're inquiring about the 07 in your sig. If it was built before 6/06 you're ok. They had problems with it on the 5.9L built after 6/06 and will tell you... it will burn your pistons up !!

The Smarty is what I'd recommend. I haven't used the BD or Edge but read about many that have and are happy. Unless Edge upgraded their box... it doesn't work on the 07 either.

The Smarty has several different softwares you can download and each has 9 differfent levels of tuning in them. It is a downloader and isn't adjustable on the fly... IMO, it's only draw back. This one also claims on there web site " it's not detecable by the dealer " I've tested that claim and they're right. Now, it something catastrophic happened.... they would find anything you did.

NCcummins : If you don't know much about downloaders, pressure boxes or fuel boxes.... you REALLY need to read up on them and learn as much as you can before using them. You an really hurt your engine if you don't

yes you can use them together. That's where you'll really need to watch what you're doing.
