My Buddy has the 6.0 his number seven injector has failed 3 time now I wounder if it is related? Another time we were on a camping trip when he blew hie oil line for his turbo man what a mess his5fth was covered in oilgood thing he was behind me trying to catch up

 

I've said it on other posts, and I'll say it again...."Why do people keep buying Fords?" My brother-in-laws new Expedition had a multitude of problems out of the gate, and the last time I was at my local mechanics' shop they had a Navigator torn down to the heads because of some internal/piston problem.

I think he was trying to buy a more expensive nicer truck than mine but his plan backfired.

 

The dealer call my brother in law and said there was a 3/8 by 3" bolt left in the number 7 cylinder during assembly and is now compressed into the piston. How does that happen?
