I have a diablo predator and like it very much. But there are some things I dont like
1. can switch on the fly.
2. is big and cumbersome
3. I dont have gauges.

So I was looking for a way to get both gauges and on the fly so Iwas looking for an alternative.
I was looking at getting a puck and stacking. but I would still need gauges but I could have a little felxibility with changing on the fly.

So I did some reading and saw that with the TST you could get the remote and it has boost and EGT gauge on it.
is this a better system?
would this give me what I need except the tranny temp gauge?

I have a boost fooler in now and a ROKK tech. Im pretty sure I would have to get rid of those because the TST does both.

Im looking for an all in one for to solve my gauge problem. I noticed gauges are pretty exspensive.

I sold 2 trees yesterday for $500 on the back side of my property. it is part of my slush fund LOL. But I saw some TSTs for that price range and figured I could sell my current stuff if I like the TST

if a BD with outlook or edge with attude monitor is a better option I'd entertain that as well

 

your best bet is an Edge with attitude monitor... does everything you want it to... the boost gauge & egt gauge on the TST is too small IMO... you'd still be better off having gauges on top of the TST monitor... I recommend the edge setup...

I got an edge with the "hot box" installed and the pyro thermal couple for $550

does edge do timing advancing? because I would have to get rid of my ROKK tech as well then

 

yes it does, however you can leave the rokk tek sensor in and give yourself one more degree and see what happens. if you get timing knock then yea, pull it off. . .if not go for 2*

or you could pull the timing back to .5* to 1.0* and see how it runs.

so you got the attitude monitor as well? $550 is a steal!

 

just out of curiousity because i am looking for something of a simular set up... i am at a middle point between the edge juice w/ attitude which i know with all of your experience has proven itself, but i was also considering the QUADZILLA XZILLARAIDER w/ monitor which shows it being bigger. they both seem simular but the quadzilla seems to deliver more power which i am not after but i can also get into it for cheaper, i had a guy counter offer me on ebay for 700.00 shipped for the quadzilla @ monitor... anyone have this quadzilla set up?!?!?!

I have never heard anyone complain about Quad. their products are good and they stand by them as well.

$700 is a good price. with the commander you can control any module on the market not just quad. Many people went with the commander just to control the set ups they run
