You can't find it written on the window sticker or anything because it wasn't a choice... here is the exact word from DC themselves about my truck (I wrote them an email to ask them the same exact question)..

Dear Aaron:

Thank you for contacting Dodge Customer Assistance Center, in regards to
your 2007 Dodge Ram 2500.

To specifically answer your inquiry regarding the vehicle transmission
and axle ratio, the vehicle came equipped with the G56 transmissionand`
the axle ration is 3.73.

I guess this dosen't really give you a definite answer about your truck, but I'm tellin ya if you have a G56 tranny you definitely have 3.73's

Or just hit the interstate, if you have 3.73 your rpm's will be right around 2000 at 80 mph, with the 4.10's you will be around 2800 at 80 mph
not true man, the the output ratio on the manual is lower than that of the auto's. A manual with 3.73's (which is the only choice) like mine would be at 2,800 rpm or more at 80mph(I've never been that fast, cause it feels like the truck is done going faster at about 75mph )

I believe since your truck is an 03 it has the NV5600 which is not geared as low as the G56. I also believe that your brother in law's truck has the NV5600 in it 2.

Correct..........I didn't know the G56 was geared that much lower if your are turning 2,800 in 6th gear at 80 mph
