I have the G56 transmission, and at 70 mph the engine is turning around 2100 rpm.

WTF! are you sure you have 3.73's! I have 3.73's and i'm at 2grand at 65. When they changed 6 speeds did they change the gearing in the transmission itself! I'm running a nv5600. I wish my rpm's were that low! Better mileage I'd probably wouldn't even worry about buying a gear vendor.

Correct..........I didn't know the G56 was geared that much lower if your are turning 2,800 in 6th gear at 80 mph

opps... sorry frone, if I would have looked at your sig I would have known you had a nv5600 (which I believe did come with the option of 4.10 or 3.73 since it was geared more sililar to that of the autos).I didn't mean to call you a liar
