alright everyone. . .we are back!!!!
momma and the boy are napping right now, I'll be joining them soon. . .I'm wore out
anyway things got kinda f*%ked up at first. Lorie had an appointment with the midwife wednesday, they did an ultrasound, he wasnt doing things he needed to, the fluid was EXTREEMLY low, Lorie had elevated blood pressure, and a few other thigns going on that should have sent her to the hospital right then and there, however the midwife that I nearly biatchslapped while at the office told her that everything was fine. . .I asked her a few questions. . .she blew me off completely and didnt even look at me. Lorie asked her the same questions to the letter and was told that we need to schedule an induction. . .we had already set that up a week eralier. right now I'm getting a little ticked[:@]
anyway, the midwife basicaly sent us on our merry way to continue things as if everything was peachy(NOT!!!!!) about 45 min later we get a call from one of the Doc's there and she's telling us we need to make a B-line to the hospital. . .FINALY SOMEONE that knows WTF is going on here so 6:00pm we are scootin our way to the hospital.
Fortunately things did a complete 180 once we got to the hospital. the Doc that was on call we know VERY well. and we were hopeing Lorie would deliver before the 7:00am shift change, even she told us she was going to do all she could to get him out quickly. well. . .12 hour of labor and 30 min of pushing here he is. . .RIGHT at the 7:00 shift change!!!!!7lbs 11oz and 19.5inches
these past two days have been VERY surreal and I'm still attempting to adjust to this little guy. . .things are good. . .I pick him up and he's happy

right now looking at the time. . 12 hrs was a walk in the park as opposed to some of ther friends that went 30+ hrs[&:]. Wether or not she'll go for #2 I dunno. . .I'm still getting used to this little guy, howeevr, she did alway say she wants three boys. . .
as far as tools. . .nothing yet, I have to show him the ropes before I can do that. . .he might think a crescent wrench is a hammer and use it to unstraighten my fenders
as far as looks. . .we are still trying to figure that one out. . .we havent some to any definate conclusions as to who he takes after, however there is one pic that does reveal alot that my mom brought
