My Friend who drove rock krawlers for SPEED Todd Yelton passed away in early June do to a motorcycle wreck at speeds of 180 (hit and run!). Heleft behinda 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 among a bunch of rock krawler and toys, the cummins has the following; 6 inch stacks, 6 speed tranny, gauge setup, 20" dually wheels, custom red paint job, leveling kit, stacked banks 6 gun with a smarty programmer, exhaust brake, AFE intakes, injectors, nitros,and alot more. The truck will run! Today at the shop we spent a good 6 - 8 hours detailing it and spray painting the underbody to get it ready to have it custom painted "in memory of Todd Yelton."

The truck will be a show truck for the shop... will post pics tomarrow once everything is is done, we took the stacks off and put on a magnafow because it cant pull the boat without making it black!

 

Wow dude i'm sorry to hear about your friend. that's pretty pathetic when it's a hit and run. Glad to hear that you guys are going to make a tribute for him.

 

yeah man.. its goes like this to make it short...he was drunk ( i know worst thing he could ever do and then drive a street bike). he hit the back of a UNCA pick up....fell off and was crawling off the interstate and a car hit him, and his bike. got out, looked at Todd, and the bike, and took off. Car or person was never heard of. He died a week later in coma...

so figured least we could do is build and show his truck for him. and of course its a dodge so that makes it a good thing!

 

sorry to hear about your buddy. similar thing happened to my buddy on a motorcycle. Those things can be dangerous. Anyways, im glad that your a finishing something that he started. can't wait to see the pictures.
