my 1997 seems to be developing a problem / several times in the last two weeks when stating either cold or hot the motor will spin but not fire off / it may or may not happen and if it does happen it takes several tries to get it to fire off / no power issues / no skip / What's the problem?[/align]

 

fuel shutoff solenoid is probably sticking.

 

When it doesnt start, leave the key on and see the soloniod is in the on or off position.
